About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Needs Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of hairstyling experience and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of clients with special needs. This role involves providing professional hairdressing services in clinics, ensuring each client feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.
Requirements
Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional hairdressing experience.
Patience, kindness, and a caring attitude.
Strong desire to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Dependable transportation to travel to clinics in the DFW area.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
